Plastic-lined pipe is based on ordinary carbon steel pipe, lined with thermoplastic plastic with excellent chemical properties, and is formed by cold-drawn compounding or rotational molding. It has both the mechanical properties of steel pipe and the corrosion resistance of plastic pipe, and is slow to scale and not easy to grow microorganisms. It is an ideal pipeline for transporting media such as acids, alkalis, salts, and corrosive gases.
